Este hotel es un hotel boutique de la marca de hoteles Hilton conocida por sus grandes hoteles.
Situado en una zona privilegiada de Deira, Dubái, con vistas a Dubai Creek; el diseño arquitectónico e interior del edificio se hizo para crear un ambiente de hotel de negocios.
Los granitos negros y grises de las fachadas exteriores también se encuentran en los acabados interiores de los vestíbulos.
Una gran escalera de vidrio une los dos niveles principales alrededor de los cuales los mejores restaurantes brindan un ambiente diferente.
El diseño de las habitaciones utiliza acabados en madera de cerezo que brindan una sensación cálida.
Una piscina al aire libre está ubicada en el nivel del techo con vistas nocturnas únicas de la ciudad que la rodea.
