Ubicado en una de las calles principales del centro de Toronto, el proyecto original estaba compuesto por dos torres, de las cuales solo una fue finalmente construida.

Revestida de granito gris y negro, la torre ofrece instalaciones de oficinas triples con grandes placas de oficinas de 2.000 m2 con total flexibilidad para múltiples inquilinos.

El sitio se encuentra junto a la sede de la Canadian Broadcasting Corporation y al otro lado del estadio de la cúpula de Toronto.
