Air Brooklin



Un gran complejo que incluye un edificio de oficinas y una gran torre residencial sobre un podio de estacionamiento con comodidades sobre el podio y el techo con vista a la ciudad de São Paulo.
El objetivo del desarrollador era proporcionar comodidades únicas en la parte superior de la estructura alta para todos los residentes, por lo que se diseñó un gran jardín en la azotea y un parque que incluye piscinas, instalaciones recreativas y de gimnasio.
La fachada ondulada obtenida mediante el uso de balcones curvos se lleva a cabo en las celosías del nivel del estacionamiento.
Un segundo parque verde se encuentra en la parte superior del podio.
Un edificio de oficinas está construido en las proximidades proporcionando todos los usos posibles para los residentes.
